The principals of Office Space Solutions have spent the past 20 years in the multi-tasking discipline of Facility Management. For a company of 20, we started by being charged with the responsibility of moving the furniture, fixing the copier, getting the mail out, and calling the vendors for the phone and computer systems. Now the company numbers 200 and we are buying the furniture and managing Furniture Installation, working with architects to plan the space, and programming the PBX. Pretty soon, 200 become 2000. Now we are negotiating leases and managing tenant improvement projects for 50,000 square feet. Responsibilities now include managing vendors for Communication Cabling and general contractors for constructing the space. A couple of years later, the company employs 5,000 and we're doing site selection, interviewing developers, and complete Project Management for a 100,000 square foot build-to-suit office building. Some people say that Office Space Solutions has detailed experience in making an office efficient, productive and ready to function for all sizes and types of businesses. Those people would be right. Office Space Solutions is the first company in Arizona to combine Furniture Installation and low voltage Communication Cabling to become a single source provider for two key aspects of office functionality.
